• Create histograms using Primavera P6 to visually represent the distribution and utilization of manpower and equipment over time.
• Prepare lookahead schedules to anticipate upcoming work and coordinate activities effectively.
• Create interactive dashboards on Excel for real-time monitoring of project KPIs.
• Analyze project delays and prepare extension of time (EOT) claims by identifying delay causes.
• Develop and implement recovery & revised plans for projects that deviate from the baseline to bring them back on track.
• Oversee project financials, including cash flow management, to ensure financial stability and prevent overruns.
• Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to assess project performance and progress in terms of scope, schedule, and cost.
• Evaluation of variances and implementation of corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Coordination with Project Managers of ongoing projects to prepare progress reports and presentations.
• Liaising with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication of project schedules, milestones, and objectives.
